Hwy 7 and Hwy 13 Closures Impact Twin Cities Traffic

Highway 7 in Minnetonka closed Wednesday night, affecting 40,000 drivers daily due to a culvert replacement. Highway 13 in Mendota Heights will also close next week for erosion control work.
